The UCLA Global Advisors Council Data Subcommittee designs a new data survey to collect information on our faculty’s international work.

International Institute IT team designs internal web-crawler program to search UCLA websites for data on international programs, work and events in order to better tell the story of UCLA’s global engagement.

Two new Global Award programs are developed, approved and funded: The Global Research Award Program aims to advance globally engaged research; the Global Education Award Program aims to internationalize UCLA’s curricula. Applications for the awards will be accepted starting January 2025.

UCLA Alumni reorganizes its team to align strategic goals around reimagining alumni engagement and amplifying UCLA’s international narrative. A new global engagement position is created.

The Global Advisors Council Data Subcommittee meets to develop a plan to collect data about UCLA’s global work and impact.

Fowler Museum permanently returns cultural objects to Australia’s Warumungu Community.
