UCLA announces funding for 40 community-engaged scholarship grants.

International Institute IT team designs internal web-crawler program to search UCLA websites for data on international programs, work and events in order to better tell the story of UCLA’s global engagement.

Two new Global Award programs are developed, approved and funded: The Global Research Award Program aims to advance globally engaged research; the Global Education Award Program aims to internationalize UCLA’s curricula. Applications for the awards will be accepted starting January 2025.

The Global Advisors Council Data Subcommittee meets to develop a plan to collect data about UCLA’s global work and impact.

Fowler Museum permanently returns cultural objects to Australia’s Warumungu Community.
